Dr. Dana D. Teagarden, DO, is a board-certified OB GYN with over two decades of experience caring for women across all stages of reproductive health. Based in Orlando, Florida, she is affiliated with Orlando Health–Orlando Regional Medical Center and Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital. Dr. Teagarden received her medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and brings a patient-centered approach to prenatal and maternal care. Lauren Manaker is an award-winning registered dietitian, author, and nationally recognized expert in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum nutrition. She has authored three books: Fueling Male Fertility, The First Time Mom's Pregnancy Cookbook, and The 7-Ingredient Healthy Pregnancy Cookbook.
Lauren is also a Certified Lactation Educator-Counselor, a credential earned from the University of California, San Diego, further solidifying her expertise in supporting women through every stage of motherhood.
