We are excited to get your Storkling order to you as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MST) on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During major product launches, promotions, holidays, or unexpected high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

If expedited shipping options are available, pricing will be shown at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timelines are provided by the shipping carrier at checkout.

Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our direct control.

While most orders arrive on time, delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances may occur.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Check around your delivery location
• Ask neighbors or household members
• Contact the shipping carrier directly

Storkling is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

7. International Shipping

At this time, Storkling ships only within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
