Prenatal Vitamin Ingredients | What's Inside Storkling
A prenatal only works if it is taken consistently.
We started Storkling after hearing the same thing over and over from women we care about.
“I know prenatals are important. I just struggle to take pills every day.”
It was not a lack of awareness. Most women already knew which nutrients mattered during pregnancy. The challenge was consistency. Between nausea, taste sensitivity, pill fatigue and complicated routines, sticking with a daily prenatal can be hard. Missed days turn into missed nutrients not because the need is unclear but because the routine is hard to maintain.
So we built one you drink. One stick, stirred into cold or room temperature water, with the DHA already in it rather than sold to you as a second purchase.
This page is the whole formula, the amount of every nutrient, and the reasoning behind each number, so you never feel like you are guessing or taking something you do not understand.

What changes when it is a drink
A prenatal is not about including everything. It is about including what matters most, in the right forms, at the right amounts, in something you can take on a bad day.
A prenatal designed to be enjoyed.
Every ingredient, and why it is there

Why these amounts
More is not always better. Every number in that table was a decision, and these are the ones women ask us about most. Where we sit below a published recommendation, we say so and tell you why.

What we leave out, and why
A prenatal is not about including everything. Leaving something out is a decision too, so here is the reasoning on each one.
If you are coming off a pill prenatal
Most women who find us are not shopping for a different powder. They are leaving a capsule or a pill pack because it stopped being something they could take every day. Here is what each format asks of you.
| Format | What a day asks for | DHA | Iron |
|---|---|---|---|
| Drink mix, our format | 1 stick stirred into water | Included, 250 mg algal | Included, 18 mg bisglycinate |
| Capsule prenatal | 2 to 8 capsules | Often a separate softgel | Varies, some are iron free |
| Daily pill pack | 4 to 5 pills, sometimes split by trimester | Usually included | Usually included |
| Gummy | 2 to 4 gummies | Rarely included | Rarely included |
| Other powders and drink mixes | 1 scoop or stick | Varies, often sold separately | Varies |
Formats described in general terms, because every brand within a format is different and formulas change. Check the Supplement Facts panel on whatever you are taking now. The question worth asking is not which format looks best on paper. It is which one you will still be taking in week nine, when nothing sounds good.

One stick a day. That is the whole routine.
Three flavors, 30 servings. Mix with cold or room temperature water, any time of day. If you do not love it we refund you and you keep the box.
